Who is the DTCP?

The Downtown Tipp City Partnership, a local group of interested business owners, government officials and residents, is dedicated to preserving and promoting Tipp City, Ohio and its historic downtown shopping district. The Partnership Board of Directors consists of nine seats, with representatives from City Council, City Government, Tipp Monroe Community Services, the Tipp Chamber, the Tipp Library, local business owners and residents. We bring diverse groups and individuals together and make things happen in the downtown.

The Downtown Partnership Officers for 2007 are: Ruth Safreed, President; Reed Spencer, Vice-President; Greg Enslen, Secretary; and Sue Rambeau, Treasurer.

The Committee Chairpersons for 2007 are: Adam Blake, Design Chairman; Reed Spencer, Economic Development Chairman; David Collinsworth, Organization and Finance Chairman; and Greg Enslen, Promotions and Events Chairman.

The Organization Representatives for 2007 are: David Collinsworth, representing City Government; Tim Evans, representing City Council; Ruth Safreed, representing the Tipp City Chamber of Commerce; and Kathy Taylor, representing Tipp Monroe Community Services.
