One and Two Year-Olds
Even the youngest of library patrons enjoys creative expression at the library. Bring your infant to “Be Creative for 1’s and 2’s” at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, June 17. Participants should wear their playtime clothes because the little ones will be painting with their fingers and feet.
Each child must be accompanied by an adult. Registration is required.
JUST FOR TEENS
Grades Six and Up
The library staff needs to get a clue on Runescape, and they hope some teen game players will come to “Clue Us In!! What Is Runescape??” Participants will use the library’s ten laptops to teach the librarians a thing or two about this addictive game. It’s set for Thursday, June 18 at 1 p.m.
Teens are also invited to the summer’s first Yoga session where they will stretch, relax, and breathe. Parents are welcome, also. It’s set for 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 13.
JUST FOR ADULTS
Master woodcrafter, Robert Pinter will share knowledge on the art of wood turning at the next brown bag lunch program set for noon on Tuesday, June 16. He will bring along various kinds of wood that he has collected from around the world, and provide his expert insight on the art.
Attendees should bring their lunch, and the library will provide refreshments.
