Warm breezes are blowing and flowers are blooming, so it must be time for The Friends of the Tipp City Public Library to host their annual Spring Book Sale.
The event opens with hours of 5 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, May 01. On this evening, the sale will be open to Friends of the Library only. Memberships will be available for purchase at the door. Also, Friends who purchased or renewed memberships in April, 2007 are reminded that it is time to renew. The sale will be open to the public on Friday and Saturday, May 02 and 03, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
There will be plenty of bargains to browse including books, movies and audio presentations. Also, a limited number of Friends T-shirts and tote bags will be available. Load up for very little cost, and know that all proceeds support the library.

LAP STORY TIME
Two year-olds are invited to the next lap story time all about rain. It’s set for 10 a.m. on Monday, April 28. Each toddler must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver. Activities include stories, finger-plays, flannel board, and songs. Registration is required, and a snack is provided.

TRUSTEES
The Operations and Facilities Policy Committee of the Library Board of Trustees will meet at 6 p.m. on Monday, April 28.
