Tipp City Seeks Sign to Honor Bush Visit

(excerpt) Tipp City wants to make the recent visit of President George W. Bush more than a memory — it wants it on a street sign. The city council has voted 6-1 to start the paperwork to give a portion of Donn Davis Way a secondary designation as George W. Bush Parkway. It’s the same route the presidential motorcade zipped down on April 19 when Bush visited Tippecanoe High School for a couple hours. Read the full story here.
